How do I sign up?

First, start off by reserving a spot by clicking here.  After you have reserved a spot, you will be guaranteed play time on the date you reserved.  If you choose the 'Pay Here' ticket, you will be charged through the website.  If you chose the 'Pay at the Door' option, you can either send payment electronically anytime after you reserve, up until the day of the event, or you can pay at the door via card, cash, or tap to pay services.  If you try to reserve a spot, and it is full, or if you forget to reserve a spot, you are welcome to come watch, but play time is not guaranteed.

I reserved a spot.  Now what?

All you have to do is show up to the event on the day and time you reserved.  At the door, you will be checked in.  If you haven't paid, you will have a chance to do so at that time.  Please bring something to drink and wear proper attire.  You will be playing for 2 hours with minimal breaks, unless you choose to sit out a match.  It is continuous play, with only a small break while you sub in and out, which is explained below.  At the halfway point, we will have a 10 min break while we choose teams.

I am checked in and ready to play.  How does it work?

When everyone arrives, or at the start time of the event, we will begin to choose teams.  4 captains will be chosen at random and will take turns choosing players.  Once all teams are chosen, we will divide into 4 groups playing on 4 courts.  The extra 2 players will be on the sidelines, one on each side, and will rotate in on a snake rotation.  You will play 3 positions and substitute then repeat until the set ends with a winner.  We will play 1 set to 25.  Once both courts finish their set, we will rotate clockwise and play another team.  The third set will be against the team you have not played yet on a random court.  After all 3 sets finish, we will take a break and start the process again.  We will play until 8:30, even if were not done with the final match.  Usually we will complete all 6 sets in the 2 hours.

What if I reserved a spot and arrive late, or forget to attend the event?

In the event you arrive late, you will have to join a team with the fewest amount of players and rotate in.  I will get you checked in at the halfway mark, but you can go ahead and play.

If you forget to attend the event, unfortunately your charge will not be refunded or credited, UNLESS you let me know ahead of time.  In the event you are unable to attend the event, due to an unforeseen  situation, please let me know, and I will provide you a credit towards the next event.

If you did not pay for the event, and you did not attend, the next time you reserve a spot, I will require payment before your spot is guaranteed, again unless you let me know ahead of time.
